Welcome to Garretson Elementary School!
Hello, my name is Matt Schrank and I am starting my 6th year teaching 4th grade in Garretson Elementary. I graduated from Corsica High School in 2006. I then attended Dakota State University and recieved my Bachelor's Degree in K-8 Elementary Education. I also recieved an endorsement in technology and coaching basketball. I graduated in the fall of 2010, which was also when I was hired by the Garretson School District. I am currently the Head Boys Basketball Coach. I am also an assistant coach for the High School Football, and High School Boys and Girls Track. I am currently taking classes from DSU to earn a Master's Degree in Educational Technology. I like living in the Garretson Community, and enjoy working with the entire staff at the Garretson School District.
